Rainy days

When I'm tempted to buy something frivolous I usually ask myself "Do I really need this?". But when it comes to the kid, the answer is easy..."Yes, of course he needs it!". I suppose it makes you feel like a good parent to fill his closet with unnecessary but oh-so-cute outfits right?

And like my heroine Becky Bloomwood would say..."It's an investment!"

On a crafty note, things have been slow. I only managed one page this week, but I have a few on the works for the upcoming weekend!

Two layouts this week

Hello and happy Friday evening!

I managed to create two layouts this week, in spite of being all sickly...but I won't bore you with that ;)

I really need to pay more attention to Crate Paper...their products are so much fun! (The layout is based on a sketch by Sketchy Thursdays)

And some Basic Grey of course. I wasn't sure about Origins at first...so I ordered just a few papers and stickers. But I have to admit I'm really impressed with the results! (Sketch #92 by Valerie Salmon)

Some layouts to share

I am so behind in my scrapbook! Same ole excuse...crazy busy + lack of mojo! But I managed to create three layouts this week and I wanted to share them with you!

Second week

I suppose I should start by saying I broke one of my New Year's resolutions...I didn't blog every day! Actually I broke quite a few resolutions, but you don't wanna know that...lol

On a brighter note...I got my beloved scanner back so...I have a huge post to share with you today!

First week

Things are slowly returning to normal (slowly being the key word, hrmph). It was a good week. We had a scrumptious New Year's dinner...

We learned how to get dressed properly...

And my dream come true...a kitchen helper!

Day 001

This is a small peek at our day 001 of the new year. Relaxing at home in our PJs, good food, and movies. Obviously HRH enjoyed it the most being that he didn't have to cook or change diapers...
